The Deputy Chief of Staff emailed the Secretary that “we should talk about putting you on state email or releasing your email address to the department so you are not going to spam.” In response, the Secretary wrote, “Let’s get separate address or device but I don’t want any risk of the personal being accessible.”

The oath of Renunciation and Allegiance taken by all aliens as they become U.S. naturalized citizens, no longer aliens, is not to be taken lightly.

Lately, and without changing of the law, the promise to bear arms and perform combat duty on behalf of the United States or perform non combatant service in the armed forces have become optional. It used to be, and the law clearly states you can only opt out of combatant service, and so only for religious belief and training reasons.Without congress changing the law, this is unconstitutional.

The law allows changing “on oath” to “affirm” and the omission “so help me God”.

When it comes to bearing arms the law is quite specific:

The requirements have been loosened so much that it is now automatic to wave requirements 5A, 5B, and making national importance in clause 5C mean nearly anything. This circumvents the intent and purpose of the oath.

Two days after the terrible massacre in Orlando Florida, where the assassin pledged allegiance to ISIS during the murder spree, President Obama held a press conference. He called the use of phrases like “radical Islamism” a “political distraction” and “a political talking point.”

“There’s no magic to the phrase ‘radical Islam’,” he said, addressing the Orlando massacre. “…What exactly would using this language accomplish? What exactly would it change?”

It was surreal to watch a commander-in-chief stand in front of the American people, just two days after the most deadly terror attack on U.S. soil since 9/11, and explain why he did not think it was important to tell the truth about the individuals and the ideology responsible. It is difficult to imagine how the President could more clearly have demonstrated his wilful dishonesty about the threats we face.

And he was not just dishonest—but flippantly so. None of the President’s advisers, he remarked, have ever told him, “‘Man, if you use that phrase we can really turn this thing around.’ Not once.”

After this the President began to show emotion and seemed really angry – at Republicans and their reluctance to ban guns. He devoted the rest of the speech venting his venom against anybody standing in his way, rather than consoling and supporting the anxious and grieving.

All of these statements and more have been confirmed to be bald faced lies by the State Department Inspector General appointed by John Kerry, probably not a member of the “vast right wing conspiracy”.

Even Chuck Todd, Andrea Mitchell, and Mika Brzezinski of NBC all came to the same conclusion during a panel discussion on MSNBC Morning Joe this past week. Andrea Mitchel of NBC couldn’t quite say that Hillary lied, but said “it’s for the voters to decide.”

Longtime family expert and advocate Tony Perkins of the influential Family Research Council says there is a solution to the radically leftist ideas coming out of the Obama administration as the president opens all stops in trying to establish his legacy.

Impeachment.

The suggestion came on Friday after the Obama administration issued a rule mandating open bathrooms in schools across the country to satisfy demands from transgenders.

Perkins released a statement on his organization’s website condemning the idea.

“Once again the Obama administration is going beyond the limits of their constitutional authority to rewrite laws legally adopted by Congress. Under the guise of ‘protecting students from discrimination,’ these federal agencies are using the bully pulpit to strip parents and local school districts of the right to provide a safe learning environment for their children,” he said.

“Parents should demand that school boards not sacrifice the safety of the children out of fear of losing federal funding, which on average only amounts to about nine cents of every educational dollar. It is also time for the Republican leadership in Congress to act and rein in this administration. Bottom line, the president’s decree should be resisted with every legal and moral instrument we have available to us in this country,” he said.

“If the American people do not speak up now on an issue like this, there’s no limit to what President Obama’s administration, or future liberal presidents, will be emboldened to do.”

In an interview with Fox News’ Todd Starnes, Perkins elaborated.

“If the president chooses to go forward with this outrageous order – then Congress should begin impeachment proceedings,” he said.

Starnes called the Obama administration’s move a “cultural bombshell.”

“A charity fraud, the Clinton Foundation” One more verse to the Hillary Clinton as a nursery fryme.

The Wall Street analyst who uncovered financial discrepancies at General Electric before its stock crashed in 2008 claims the Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation has a number of irregularities in its tax records and could be violating state laws.

Charles Ortel, a longtime financial adviser, said he has spent the past 15 months digging into the Clinton Foundation’s public records, federal and state-level tax filings, and donor disclosures. That includes records from the foundation’s many offshoots—including the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Clinton Global Initiative—as well as its foreign subsidiaries.

According to Ortel’s reports, the contribution disclosures from the Clinton Foundation don’t match up with individual donors’ records. He also argued that the foundation is not in compliance with some state laws regarding fundraising registration, disclosure requirements, and auditing rules.

This week, Ortel is starting to release his findings in the first of a series of up to 40 planned reports on his website. His allegation: “this is a charity fraud.”
