2 Chronicles 7, Solomon dedicates the Temple, and God appears to Solomon a second time, promising “ If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

2 Chronicles 8 lists more of Solomon’s achievements.

2 Chronicles 9, the Queen of Sheba praises Solomon,” the one half of the greatness of thy wisdom was not told me: for thou exceedest the fame that I heard.” Then it goes on listing Solomon’s wealth and splendor, ending with his recorded death.
