The witnesses at the June 18 Subcommittee on Clean Air and Nuclear Safety hearing included four U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrators who formerly served in Republican Administrations—all four of whom were invited by Subcommittee Democrats to testify—and Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange. The hearing examined the Obama Administration’s push for intrusive anti-energy regulations that will cause energy prices to “necessarily skyrocket,” destroy millions of good-paying jobs, and reduce incomes for working Americans.
