LEGO Spaceship landing in Times Square.

Lego space shipAs PR stunts go, this is one of the more impressive and well built. From 5 335 200 LEGO pieces have 32 Czechs spent 17 000 hours to construct a 42.5 feet long replica of the X-Wing spacectaft fighter, from the Star Wars-movies.
The 20 ton space ship is just nu on display in Times Square in New York City, where it has been flown from Chechya, to be flown to Legoland in California for permanent display.
The purpose with the display in Times square is to promote the cartoon movie ”The Yoda Chronicles”, which is based on the LEGO Star Wars-figures.
