THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF 2020 WAS RIGGED AND STOLEN!

The same group of Radical Left Democrats who utilized their Majority position in Congress to create the fiction of Russia, Russia, Russia, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, the $48 Million Mueller Report (which ended in No Collusion!), Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine, the atrocious and illegal Spying on my Campaign, and so much more, are the people who created this Committee of highly partisan political Hacks and Thugs whose sole function is to destroy the lives of many hard-working American Patriots, whose records in life have been unblemished until this point of attempted ruination. The double standard of the Unselects between what has taken place on the “RIGHT,” and what has taken place with Radical Left, lawless groups such as Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and others, is startling and will never be acceptable, even to those who will be writing the history of what you have done to America. This memo is being written to express our anger, disappointment, and complaint that with all of the hundreds of millions of dollars spent on what many consider to be a Charade and Witch Hunt, and despite strong and powerful requests, you have not spent even a short moment on examining the massive Election Fraud that took place during the 2020 Presidential Election, and have targeted only those who were, as concerned American Citizens, protesting the Fraud itself. Those who committed the Fraud, thereby having created the Crime of the Century, go

unblemished and untouched, but those who fought the Crime have suffered a fate that was unthinkable just a short time ago. We have a two-tier system of Justice in the United States that cannot be allowed to continue. A Majority of people in our Country say that the Presidential Election of 2020 was determinatively dishonest, including the fact that many Legislatures were overridden by local and State politicians and judges on vital regulations and requirements, which is totally illegal and UNCONSTITUTIONAL. In February 2021,

broke the story of the shadow campaign that was launched to rig the 2020 Presidential Election. The authors write: “‘To the President, something felt amiss. ‘It was all very, very strange,’ Trump said on Dec. 2. ‘Within days after the election, we witnessed an orchestrated effort to anoint the winner, even while many key states were still being counted.’ In a way, Trump was right. There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes…” You did not ask one question about any of this. Since 1888, no incumbent President has gained votes and lost reelection. I received many millions more votes in 2020 than I did in 2016, unheard of in our political History. When you win Ohio, Florida, and Iowa, which I did in a landslide, no President has lost the General Election since 1960. We swept all four bellwether States (Iowa, Florida, Ohio, and North Carolina) that have correctly predicted Election winners since 1896. I won 18 of the 19 bellwether counties, my coattails secured the Victories of 27 out of 27 “toss up” House races, and the Democrats did not flip a single State Legislature.

Yet somehow Biden beat Obama with the Black population in select Swing State cities, but nowhere else. It is all not possible, or very likely, but should have been a major subject of your Committee’s work because it was the Election result that brought this record-breaking crowd to Washington, D.C. on January 6th. A large percentage of American Citizens, including almost the entire Republican Party, feel that the Election was Rigged and Stolen (because they have seen the determinative evidence, some of which is attached to this letter). No work was done by the Committee on Election Fraud. We, and a huge portion of the American people, simply asked that it be a part of your Committee’s work. It wasn’t. In addition, the Unselect Committee has willfully ignored the fact that days before January 6, 2021, I recommended and authorized thousands of troops to be

deployed to ensure that there was peace, safety, and security at the Capitol and throughout Washington, D.C. on January 6th because I knew, just based on instinct and what I was hearing, that the crowd coming to listen to my speech, and various others, would be a very big one, far bigger than anyone thought possible. As it turns out, it was indeed one of the largest crowds I have ever spoken before, a very wide swath stretching all the way back to the Washington Monument. The massive size of this crowd, and its meaning, has never been a subject of your Committee, nor has it been discussed by the Fake News Media that absolutely refuses to acknowledge, in any way, shape or form, the magnitude of what was taking place. In fact, for such a historic event, there are very few pictures that accurately show the event, or how many people were really there. Incredibly, it seems that pictures showing the size of the event were perhaps cancelled, scrubbed, deleted or, in any event, not available, but we still have some—as attached. The Department of Defense timeline shows that National Guard troops could have easily been present at the Capitol before January 6th and that I fully authorized this recommendation and request. Following my authorization, the Department of Defense was surprised to receive a wholesale refusal, in writing, from D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser and the Capitol Police, who do not report to me, but report to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. The law requires their authorization before any troop deployment could be utilized in Washington, D.C. Why the failure to act or use this ready force? Had even a small percentage of National Guard or fencing been there, there would have been no problem, January 6th would have been just another date. I did my job long ahead of schedule. Some people call it good instinct, but the troops were ready to go. Nancy Pelosi and Muriel Bowser didn’t do their job, they didn’t like the look of soldiers, and sadly your Committee refuses to say anything about it, because if they did, it would be clear that I did everything correctly, and that is not what the Committee wants to see. You stated openly that Nancy Pelosi is off limits, there will be no discussions on this subject, yet she and the Mayor were responsible for this very bad decision not to bring in the troops. The troops were ready to go, and you refuse to even discuss this subject. Why? Despite very poor television ratings, the Unselect Committee has perpetuated a Show Trial the likes of which this Country has never seen before. There is no Due Process, no Cross-Examination, no “real” Republican members, and no legitimacy since you do not talk about Election Fraud or not calling up the troops. It is a Witch Hunt of the highest level, a continuation of what has been going on for

years. You have not gone after the people that created the Fraud, but rather great American Patriots who questioned it, as is their Constitutional right. These people have had their lives ruined as your Committee sits back and basks in the glow. The people of this Country will not stand for unequal justice under the law, or Liberty and Justice for some. Election Day is coming. We demand answers on the Crime of the Century. Donald J. APPENDIX

Arizona

• Maricopa County accepted at least 20,000 mail-in ballots after Election Day 2020, including 18,000 on November 4, 2020, picked up from the U.S. Postal Service—more than the entire Election margin of 10,457 ballots.

• A study of early ballot envelope signatures identified 229,430 mismatched signatures in Maricopa County. Officials only reported 25,000 mismatches, or 1.3%.

•The Arizona Forensic Audit of Maricopa County identified numerous anomalies, fraud, and Election law violations that are determinative, including 17,322 duplicate absentee ballot envelopes, which surged after the Election. Between November 4th and November 9th, scores of mail-in ballot duplicates emerged. 96% of the ballots that came in on two of these days were duplicates.

• Auditors discovered evidence that millions of files of General Election data and security logs were deleted, with purges taking place on critical days, including the day before the audit began on February 2, 2021.

•The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors admitted they purged the system and moved Election data after they received a subpoena.

• Another analysis by Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai in Pima County found significant anomalies with mail-in ballots. In precincts with anomalous high turnout (over 92%), mail-in ballots started flipping from 6% Republican for Biden to 40% of Republicans voting for Biden, which is highly suspect.

• Two precincts in Pima had over 100 percent turnout for mail-in ballots— which is impossible—and 40 precincts had over 97% returned.

•The audit discovered numerous State Election laws were broken

in the 2020 Presidential Election, including A.R.S. 16-547, A.R.S. 16-548, A.R.S. 16-550, A.R.S. 16-551, A.R.S. 16-552, A.R.S. 16-621, A.R.S. 16 Articles 1, 1.1, and 2.

• 2,500 duplicated ballots created from a damaged ballot had no serial numbers, a violation

of A.R.S. 16-621.

• 1,919 mail-in ballot envelopes were missing signatures, a violation of A.R.S. 16-547.

• Maricopa County reported 1,455 “no signatures” on mail-in ballot envelopes.

• To this day, Maricopa County has never provided chain of custody documents for all Election equipment and ballots, in violation of A.R.S. 16-621 E.

• At least 740,000 ballots iolated chain of custody requirements in Maricopa County

Georgia

• 43,907 ballots from Facebook-funded drop boxes were counted in DeKalb County that violated the chain of custody rules. Remember, Georgia was decided by 11,779 votes.

• Poll workers were caught scanning ballots multiple times on camera in Fulton County. Ballot images confirmed at least 3,390 duplicate votes were counted for Joe Biden.

• At least 10,300 illegally cast votes in Georgia (and up to 35,000) are from individuals who voted in the wrong county, more than necessary to “tip the 2020 results.”

• Brad Raffensperger’s own investigator in Fulton County reported ballots were “unaccounted for.” He witnessed at least 2,800 ballots that “came in mail carts instead of black ballot bins,” violating chain of custody, and reported 1,200 ballots that were “cured” and “wheeled in through the back door” days after Election Day, when President Trump’s massive lead “shrunk as more votes continue to be tallied in Fulton County.”

• The investigator also found “identical vote tallies repeated multiple times” that “likely resulted in about 1,000 extra votes being tallied” for Joe Biden.

• A week after this private memo was sent to him, Brad Raffensperger falsely claimed publicly the Election results were “trustworthy” and “ sound,” when he knew they were not.

• Raffensperger was told of numerous irregularities on a video conference call with Republicans after the 2020 Election, that put “the outcome of the Election into doubt.” including an admission from an Elections Board Member in Gwinnett County that, “We have way more ballots than we have envelopes. I don’t think it was done right.”

• Hundreds of voters were taken away from “Trump” after Election workers altered ballots that were rejected by voting machines. “Trump” votes were thrown out, while spoiled ballots were unlawfully counted for Joe Biden.

• During the hand recount, tally sheets were falsified showing unanimous vote counts for Joe Biden, including 100-0 and 200-0 fraudulent counts.

Michigan

• Officials in Detroit illegally blocked Republican poll challengers’ access, covered the windows, called the police, and denied lawful challenges in order to count ballots in secret.

• Affidavits and video evidence show thousands of ballots being delivered through a back door of the then-named TCF Center at 3:30 a.m. on Election night. The RINOs in the State Senate confirmed this also in their report analyzing the 2020 Election, and said a “large volume” of ballots were delivered to the TCF Center with no chain of custody. Those ballots came from drop boxes.

• Matt DePerno found voting machines were subverted and accessed remotely. In Antrim County, 7,048 votes were changed in favor of Joe Biden.

Pennsylvania

• In Pennsylvania, as of February 2021, there were 121,240 more votes than voters. By law, Pennsylvania cannot certify an Election with this type of discrepancy.

• A lawsuit filed in Delaware County revealed video evidence of Election officials discussing destroying Election evidence from November 2020. “It’s a felony,” one official says after talking about the need to “get rid” of voting “pads and second scanners.” Videos and sources involved in the litigation say the Delaware County officials “violated numerous Election laws and needed to hide evidence,” and that the destruction of records was “done to ensure records eventually provided actually matched the Election results that were reported in Nov. 2020.”

• Attorney General Bill Barr ordered U.S. Attorney Bill McSwain to stand down and not investigate Election irregularities, even after McSwain reported that his office “received various allegations of voter fraud and election irregularities.”

Wisconsin

• In Wisconsin, nearly 200,000 voters identified as “indefinitely confined,” even though that was often not the case. They were simply using COVID as a means to skirt Voter ID laws for mail-in ballots. These ballots should have been thrown out. After the 2020 Presidential Election, a judge ruled the Democrat Governor did not have legal authority “to exempt all voters to get an absentee ballot without an ID.”

• 44,272 people, according to the Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau, voted in November 2020, without ever showing Voter ID, which is more than twice the vote margin in the State.

• The Wisconsin Election Commission ordered nursing homes to violate Election laws, leading to widespread voter fraud and 95 to 100% turnout in nursing homes—an impossibility!

• In a powerful ruling by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, drop boxes that were used in the 2020 Election were found to be illegal. In a concurring opinion, justices stated, “If elections are conducted outside of the law, the people have not conferred their consent on the government. Such elections are unlawful and their results are illegitimate.”

We have only covered five Swing States, this does not pertain to the rest of the Country. For example, what is being done about the “cash for votes” scheme in Nevada, where 15 out of 17 counties had more votes than voters?

Is the Committee going to report on the million dollars the FBI wanted to pay Christopher Steele as an incentive to prove the dossier allegations and “Get Trump,” or is it going to get to the bottom of the fact that my Campaign was blatantly spied on by the Democrats, even while I was in the Oval Office, in what for anyone else would be one of the biggest scandals in political history?

It was also recently reported that the FBI interfered in the 2020 Presidential Election by telling Facebook and the Media not to reveal anything about

Hunter Biden’s laptop. The FBI said it was “Russian disinformation,” but knew that it wasn’t. It was a well-guarded secret that only one newspaper had the courage to report. Eight in 10 Americans believe this unprecedented collusion impacted the outcome of the 2020 Presidential Election.

In addition, True the Vote, the Nation’s leading voters’ rights organization, collected over 4 million minutes of ballot drop box video, showing ballot stuffing at a level not seen before. This is also supported by highly accurate cell phone data that tracked the same individuals going to as many as 28 different locations in one day to do this. All in all, millions of ballots were stuffed. Based on their research, True the Vote estimates as many as 7% of all mail-in ballots cast could have been ineligible—approximately 4.8 million votes, an Election-changing number many times over.

Also, why haven’t you spoken with the USPS Inspector General, and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, about the 1.1 million mail-in ballots that they admit were deemed undeliverable, 560,814 rejected, and 14.7 million still “unable to be tracked” (as the Public Interest Legal Foundation uncovered)? Where are they?

To this day, new evidence is emerging as Patriots around the Country are uncovering systemic problems within their voter rolls. Furthermore, Republican counties across the nation, from Texas to Michigan, Arizona to Wisconsin and more, have voted to decertify and reject the 2020 Election. The most recent Rasmussen Poll on the issue found a staggering 55% think cheating likely affected the outcome, including 53% of Independents and 35% of Democrats, revealing this issue is not going away.

There are many other facts and discrepancies that we are not presenting at this time due to time constraints, but that are also Election determinative. At your request, I will present these additional numbers to you, but everything already presented would change the final Election result many times over.

Dutch Sheets in his “give me 15” daily message, always encouraging and well worth listening to on a daily basis, because of his deep understanding of scripture and vision of hope and encouragement yesterday broke from the normal and gave an urgent call to pray about the upcoming Maricopa County, AZ forensic 2020 election audit. Here it is:

Momentum is building for a once-in-a-generation opportunity to fix America’s election system. In response to mounting evidence of serious problems with the 2020 elections, legislators in 47 states are working to pass election integrity bills to protect voting operations.

God is answering our prayers and truth is coming out.

Tomorrow, what many are calling “the most important election audit” in our history will begin.

Hal and Cheryl Sacks, leaders of BridgeBuilders International, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, sent us this important update, the outcome of which will have a significant and immediate impact on our entire country!

The Arizona Senate has ordered the most comprehensive, large-scale, third-party forensic audit of the 2020 election to be performed to date.

This means that starting on April 22, all 2.1 million physical ballots and the voting equipment from Maricopa County (the fourth largest in the nation) will be examined by highly qualified, independent auditors!

While audits have occurred in some states, these have included only a limited number of votes from smaller jurisdictions, coming as a result of lawsuits or performed by election officials.

The start of the Arizona audit is a huge victory that comes after months of intense opposition, legal battles, and bureaucratic delay and resistance at every turn. It has taken tremendous perseverance by a remnant in the AZ Senate to get us to this point, and we are very thankful to them and to the Lord!

Independent Experts Chosen

After months of interviewing, vetting and soliciting advice from experts across the nation, the Arizona State Senate has hired Cyber Ninjas to lead the audit.

They are a respected cyber security company and will oversee three additional sub-contractors: Wake Technology Services Inc., CyFIR LLC, and Digital Discovery.

These firms are leading experts in computer forensics, election investigations, intelligence analysis, nation-state cyber activity threats, audits of voting machines and hand counts of ballots.

They have assisted the highest levels of government and private industry, including providing forensic support to the largest bank-fraud investigation in the history of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

The Maricopa County audit will include:

Scanning all 2.1 million paper ballots
Doing a full manual recount
Investigating the registration rolls and votes cast to verify that only legal, registered voters participated
Checking the vote counts
Performing a cyber forensic audit on the electronic voting machines and systems used

It will be monitored by both Democrat and Republican observers and the entire process will be documented by video, with a detailed report of findings expected in about 60 days.

It’s Critical that We Continue to Pray for this Audit!

The auditors and legislators working on this are under immense pressure, including groundless lawsuits and attempts to discredit or intimidate them or derail the audit.

Even though state Senates have the sole authority to oversee elections, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has time and again refused to submit to the Arizona Senate’s subpoena to turn over machines and ballots until a ruling by a judge enforced it.

They then refused to allow the audit to take place in the Maricopa Tabulation & Election Center where the voting machines and ballots are currently held, even though this would be the best facility to use.

Moving the ballots and machines to the new location, the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, entails massive effort and expense…

But more importantly, it opens the door to potential chain of custody problems that would give the Board plausible deniability in the event that ballots have gone missing!

In a cyber investigation, machines should stay connected to the original network and nest cams, modems, routers, and all the data in them should remain in place. Moving them could cause a loss of data and evidence.

The Senate ordered the audit to be performed after disturbing allegations were made during a 15-hour public hearing where voters, poll workers, and expert analysts testified under oath about serious violations of election laws and protocols that they had witnessed.

Among these allegations are that over 2,000 voters had an address registered to the same vacant lot and 14,362 votes were cast by dead people still on the rolls!

To put this in perspective, the presidential election in Arizona was decided by a little over 10,000 votes.

Restoring Trust

Under the Constitution, We the People peacefully accept the outcome of lawful elections – and grant officials the permission to govern us, if the majority of our fellow citizens have selected them fairly.

A newly released Rasmussen poll found over half of voters say cheating likely impacted the 2020 presidential election, which broke down into 74% of Republicans and 30% of Democrats who believed this.

This lack of trust in our system is a crisis that can only be resolved by honest and transparent investigation into what really happened.

This is why forensic audits are critical, not only in Arizona, but in every county with election irregularities.

In Antrim County, Michigan, there were 25.5% more registered voters than eligible residents for the 2020 elections! Attorney Matt DePerno filed suit on behalf of his client to investigate what occurred and has just released the long-awaited report of his forensic findings.

Among the many shocking discoveries made were that 66,194 ballot voter IDs were from people not registered to vote, after examining just 9 of Michigan’s 83 counties!

In addition, his team found that some voting machines (used in 8 Michigan counties) had a modem chip installed on their computer motherboards, allowing them to be connected to the internet without anyone knowing.

This is a serious vulnerability which allows outside parties the ability to access them remotely! In other states, voting machines also were found to be connected to the internet which raises concerns that foreign or domestic hackers could penetrate the systems.

Election Integrity Bills Facing Fierce Opposition

361 new election integrity bills have been introduced by state legislatures around the country.

Many of these are much needed solutions, such as Georgia’s new voter ID law, which was fiercely attacked by celebrities and corporations using bully tactics, including the recent decision by Major League Baseball to boycott Georgia following Gov. Kemp’s signing of the bill.

This is in stark contrast to what the American public wants. According to a poll, 77% of Americans support requiring an ID to vote. This includes Biden voters (62% support to 24% opposed), black voters (64% support to 22% opposed), and Latino voters (78% to 16% opposed).

Nevertheless, nearly 100 CEOs from America’s largest companies, like Delta Air Lines, Coca-Cola, and Aflac Insurance, met a few days ago to strategize ways to combat efforts to pass new election integrity and voter ID laws, not only in Georgia but around the country.

Thankfully, many state legislators are pushing forward regardless of the intimidation and attacks.

The Arizona Senate recently passed several election bills that would ensure:

Increased identification for early ballots.
Better tools to remove dead voters from the rolls.
Requiring early ballots sent to the wrong address to be returned.
Stopping the use of any electronic voting equipment produced in another country, as well as the transfer or storage of any data overseas.
Making it a felony for ineligible voters to vote.
Paper receipts must be given to every voter confirming their ballot was tabulated and if not, giving the reason why the ballot was rejected.

Similar bills are being worked on in other states. Election integrity is paramount if we are to see our beloved Republic preserved!

Your governor and legislators may be the target of boycott threats from corporations and accusations by the media if they are part of the 47 states advancing these bills.

Please counter this by contacting them to show your support for laws that protect elections in your state!

The lasting impact of the 2020 elections could well be that we emerge with stronger, more righteous elections than ever before! If this happens, we all win!

Father, we thank You that You have given Your church, Your Ekklesia, the power and authority in prayer to see truth and justice prevail in our elections. Thank You that You are resetting our election systems to be more honest, transparent, and accurate. We are grateful for state legislatures that are fighting to upgrade and protect our election process – even under threat of slander and boycott! We pray for them and pray that the effective election reform bills in 47 states would be passed and signed into law. Thank You for breakthrough, that despite opposition from all sides, Arizona is moving forward with its history-making audit! We ask for supernatural protection of all records, data, and physical evidence, including surveillance footage and audio recordings from the tabulation center, voting machines, routers, ballots, and images. We pray specifically for the companies hired to act as auditors: Digital Discovery, CyFIR, Wake Technology Services, overseen by Cyber Ninjas. We ask for You to watch over these teams, that their work would be unbiased, accurate and above reproach. We know that they are under extreme pressure from all sides and ask for Psalm 91 protection over them and their families.

Our decree:

As Your Ekklesia, we decree that no evidence, either physical or digital, will be lost, tampered with, or overlooked – and angels will safeguard the entire audit process, especially while the evidence is being moved to a new location! We take authority in Jesus’ name over any confusion, false accusation, misinformation, intimidation or threats that the enemy would seek to bring against those who are working on the Maricopa County audit and audit efforts in other states. We decree in Jesus’ name for truth to be revealed and an accurate accounting given to the public. We declare that according to Your Word “…there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open” (Luke 8:17).

President Trump Made his “most important speech” on Dec 2, lasting 46 minutes and 7 seconds.

The media’s response to the speech was less than positive.

I have a great interest in making sure the elections are free from fraud, so in my view this must be fixed and secured. If the banks can do secure transactions, so can voting transactions be made secure. Without secure votes we will no longer have a country.

Arizona: @JennaEllisEsq “In Arizona we have over 500k ballots that were cast illegally. 11,000 are “over-votes”, meaning more votes cast than they have registered voters in a specific precinct. Just that alone would change the outcome of the election.

Georgia: The big news you need to hear about today is Ware County, Georgia. Dominion machines were seized. Equal number of Trump and Biden votes were forensically analyzed. However, the machines reported 87% for Trump and 113% for Biden. Should be 100% for both.

One snippet from Gateway-pundit: Data Expert Edward Solomon analyzed the 2020 election results in Georgia and identified another pattern in the data showing ultimately 200,000 votes transferred from President Trump to Joe Biden at the precinct level.

Nevada: In his ruling Friday, Judge James Russell said there was no evidence of fraud, writing what was shown to him did not prove any of the allegations.

In the state case that was dismissed, lawyers representing the Republican Party’s electors and the campaign said:

1,506 votes cast in the election came from dead voters
2,468 votes were cast by voters who changed their address to another state or country
42,284 voters voted twice
About 20,000 voters voted in Nevada without a Nevada mailing address.
The evidence, which included 20 binders-worth of materials, was submitted to the court under seal, meaning it could not be viewed publicly. At a news conference on Nov. 5, where surrogates from the Trump campaign announced a federal lawsuit, which was later dropped, speakers told reporters to find the evidence for themselves. That lawsuit was later dismissed voluntarily. During the sole hearing in that case, a lawyer provided no evidence of fraud and did not verbally bring up any evidence to the federal judge.Russell’s 34-page order details the allegations issue-by-issue. This is the first time the public has been able to see the evidence as presented with specific depositions cited.

Michigan: ANTRIM COUNTY, MI – A man can examine election equipment by court order in the same northern Michigan county that saw early, but since corrected, issues with vote totals in the presidential election.

Judge Kevin Elsenheimer of the 13th Circuit Court in Antrim County ordered that William Bailey of Central Lake could take “forensic images” of the 22 tabulators used for a vote on a marijuana retailer proposal he is challenging.

The order makes no mention of Antrim County’s presidential results, where a software issue initially led to an inaccurate vote count that was corrected after a paper ballot recount, which awarded the county to President Donald Trump.

Instead, Bailey wants to overturn a proposal to allow a marijuana retailer in his village that initially resulted in a 262-262 tie, which was considered a loss for the proposal, the order stated. A retabulation saw the proposal pass by one vote, which Bailey alleges didn’t count three damaged ballots.

It is a “greater public interest” right now to confirm “the accuracy, integrity and security of the election process” than potential future misuse of election software discovered during the examination, Elsenheimer wrote.

The forensic examination took place Sunday with Bailey, Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy, county administrator Pete Garwood, county attorney Haider Kazim, three county commissioners, a county IT technician and a member of the Sheriff’s department, said county spokesman Jeremy Scott in a release.

Jenna Ellis, an attorney for Trump, told Fox News on Sunday that Elsenheimer “granted our team” access to the tabulating machines.

It is interesting the judge granted examination for the marijuana ballot initiative but not the presidential vote. Yet there has been a 6000 vore “error” in that county alone.

Pennsylvania: Pennsylvania Certified the 2020 vote, fraud and all. The numbers do not add up.

This absentee ballot surge should be recounted by hand to ensure there was no double loading of votes.

Living in Pennsylvania I take a keen interest in checking the voter result. Somebody took a screenshot of the vote counting in Lancaster Co.

This was partial results. How did it stack up for the whole state? The results are in and certified by none other than Governor Wolf, so these must be true results:

So what were the results? These are the official numbers from Sidney Powell

If all of these counted ballots count we get the following result:

Joseph R. Biden 3,456,008, Donald J. Trump: 3,465,578.

But the official tally was as Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar made the final count official three weeks after the Nov. 3 election: Biden received 3,458,229 votes, 80,555 more than President Donald Trump’s 3,377,674 votes. Biden won 50.01% of the vote to 48.8% for Trump.

However it is impossible to have more legal mail-in ballots than was officially requested. The mail-in votes for Trump was 22.97% of the total, so we should at least take away 258,813 votes away from President Trump and the remaining overcount of 868,127 votes away from Joe Biden.

This would give a net vote count for President Trump of 3,118,861 votes and a net count for Joseph R Biden of 2,590,102 votes

In other words: President Donald J. Trump won Pennsylvania by 528,759 votes!

Please recount all mail-in ballots and explain what happened!

Vote fraud in Pa Dutch Country? You got to be kidding! A Limerick.

The vote in the land of the Dutch

had never amounted to much.

But the times sure have changed

now the votes are arranged

with more votes than sought: Fraudsters’ touch.

Before the English writer Rudyard Kipling in 1910 wrote the book “Rewards and Fairies,” he toured all over the United States. He spent time in Philadelphia and Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In “Brother Square-Toes,” a story in “Rewards and Fairies,” Kipling says this about Lancaster:

“It’s a kindly, softly country there, back of Philadelphia among the German towns, Lancaster way. Little houses and bursting big barns, fat cattle, fat women, and all as peaceful as Heaven might be if they farmed there.”

That was 1910. Lancaster Co teems with Amish and Mennonites. They stayed away from the evil ways of the English, shunned modernization, hated wars and immorality, and they didn’t vote. After Bill Clinton became President this all changed, and they started voting, pro-life.

This year there was a record participation in voting, even in Mail-in requests.

Two Statistical Curiosities That Allowed Biden To Pull Ahead In PA:

A brief note. I’ve been asked to examine the Pennsylvania votes. That work is ongoing. Update See below for a serious critique of Benford’s law.

I’m showing here (with permission) the one analysis I found most curious.

This is official county-level timed voting data that started at 2020-11-04 11:00:00, a day after the election, to 2020-11-07 11:29:00 which is Saturday night. That is, these are all late vote counts. They start, county by county, where the vote left off on election night.

This is a picture of the running totals by the time the votes were added, summed across all counties, during those time periods. They do not start at 0, but at the totals given after election night.

The early gains for Biden are from, mainly, Philadelphia, Allegheny, Montgomery, Chester and Berks counties. A simple plot

shows the size of vote additions for both candidates, when new vote totals (greater than 0) were added by county (and not all counties added votes after election day).

All goes well for Trump until 2020-11-04 21:15:00 when he loses just under 10,000 votes, but curiously from three different counties simultaneously: -1,063 Allegheny; -2,972 Bucks; -7,135 Chester. Biden never lost any votes (at least, in this late voting).

Understand that this does not mean the decreases happened at this time, but that they were recorded in the official data as happening at that time. And the same is true for our next observation.

Biden’s next curiosity was the big increase of 27,396 votes at 2020-11-06 08:53:00 over one consecutive reporting period. This bump is just like the blue-red F-memes you have seen: this only seems more spread out because of the finer time scale used.

These two curiosities account for a 37,263 vote swing for Biden. Biden’s total, as of the end of this data, was 3,344,528, and Trump’s 3,310,326. Biden therefore “won”, in this dataset anyway, by 34,202 votes.

Biden could not have pulled ahead without the curiosities noted above.

Update Benford’s law is only useful in uncovering multiple and on-going instances of cheating. As in somebody consistently cooking financial books. As I showed above, assuming the curiosities are cheats, it only took two instances to tip the balance. Benford’s law will never pick this up: never.

I’m skeptical of what I’m seeing in other analyses, because if somebody turns something up with Benford, it implies that many, many vote totals were tampered with, which increases the possibilities of getting caught. And you don’t need to tamper with many. Only a few.

Vote fraud in California? How else do you explain this?

The Federal Government maintains a list of its citizens, the state governments don’t. Judicial watch has made an investigation of the registered voters and found that eleven counties had more voters registered than the number of eligible voters. Here is a list of them:

This compilation is remarkable in so many ways.

California has 3.4 million resident aliens (green card holders and special visas). They are not eligible to vote. They also have about 3 million illegal aliens (obviously not eligible to vote)

California has motor voter registration. They issue driver’s licenses to, not only resident aliens but also to illegal aliens. All they have to do to be registered to vote is to check a box indicating they are eligible. No check for its validity is performed.

Los Angeles County is the capital of illegal aliens, so it comes as no surprise that since they now have driver’s licenses and thereby by extension are made eligible to vote, the ratio of 1.44 between registered voters and lawfully eligible voters comes as no surprise.

Silicon valley has more resident aliens than other areas of California, so it is no surprise they have registered voters exceeding eligible voters.

There is one small county located way up in North East California, Lassen County which voted heavily for Trump. It has only two major employers, two state prisons and one federal prison. Could Lassen County have registered ineligible prisoners?

This calls for a thorough investigation if the integrity of voting means anything.
