Revelation 17. So begins the telling of the fall of Babylon. It is not Rome, nor is it Roman Catholicism. In my opinion it is the coalition of communism, socialism, Islam and social justice Christianity in the form of Globalism and implementing Global Governance. This is represented by the scarlet woman and the scarlet basket. The meaning of the woman and the basket is then explained in prophecy. (Feel free to interpret the prophesies otherwise).

Zechariah 14 is the great chapter of the second coming of Christ, here presented as the Day of the LORD, declared HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD.

Zechariah 11. The LORD  proclaimed judgement on Israel, but after that comes the prophecy of the shepherds. This chapter also contains the famous quote: “I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver. And the Lord said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the Lord.

And then came time to proclaim the reaping of the earth’s harvest, the Grapes of Wrath. This vision is later portrayed in the Battle Hymn of the Republic.

Zechariah 8. The Lord promised to bless Jerusalem, the future Holy City.

Zechariah 9, an oracle: The LORD will defend Israel against all enemies, He promised ” thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.”

Zechariah 3 gives a vision of the high priest, cleansed of all his sins and given new robes. The LORD promised to send His servant, the Branch.

Zechariah 4 tells of two more visions, the vision of the lamp Stand and the vision of the olive trees. There is one great takeaway quote from this chapter: “Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.

Revelation 9. By now we are deep into the last half of the tribulation, the fifth trumpet sounded and the locusts from the bottomless pit are released. Then the sixth trumpet sounded, featuring the angels from the Euphrates doing horrendous deeds. An army of two hundred million mounted troops were released to kill a third of mankind. At the time of the Apostle John the total world population was about 250 million!

Haggai 2 describes the coming glory of God’s house, but the people were defiled. Nevertheless God promised a future blessing with Zerubbabel chosen to be like God’s signet ring.

Revelation 8 describes the precursors to the great tribulation with the opening of the seventh seal and the sounding of the trumpets. It begins with an earthquake. First Trumpet: Vegetation Struck, Second Trumpet: The Seas Struck, Third Trumpet: The Waters Struck, Fourth Trumpet: The Heavens Struck; one ecological disaster after another.

Haggai 1 is about having the right priorities. God had commanded the inhabitants of Jerusalem to rebuild His house. When pointed out their wrongful ways the people obeyed.
