1 Corinthians 7. In this chapter the Apostle Paul dealt with marriage principles, it is good to remain celibate, but for most of us, keep your marriage vows, live as you are called. Divorce is always wrong, but if you do, continue unmarried. If separation is by death you are free to marry, as long as it is another believer.
Job 34. Elihu continued his discourse and proclaimed God’s justice.

1 Corinthians 6. The Apostle Paul reminded the Corinthians they should solve their disputes among themselves and not sue the brethren. Stay away from all sexual immorality, glorify God in body and spirit. A piece of Godly advice: “Flee fornication.”
Job 32. Elihu, a younger fellow appeared and spoke against Job’s friends.
Job 33. Elihu continued, contradicting Job: “No one is righteous before God.”

1 Corinthians 5. This is a stern chapter. Paul reminded the Corinthians that immorality defiles the church. Immorality must be judged, and somebody that continues to so do must be expelled.
Job 30. “But now they that are younger than I have me in derision, whose fathers I would have disdained to have set with the dogs of my flock.” Things were not going well for Job.
Job 31. Job ended his defense.

1 Corinthians 4. Paul reminded the Corinthians they are servants of Christ, stewards of the mysteries of God and fools for Christ’s Sake. Then Paul urged them to imitate him and not be arrogant. “For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.”
Job 27.Through it all Job maintained his integrity.
Job 28. Job continued with a discourse on wisdom.
Job 29. Job gave his best defense and recalled the good old days when God was with him.
The heatwaves of 1934 and 1936. How do they compare with the “global boiling” of 2023?
The weather has been warm lately. the earth has set a string of new maximum temperatures in July and will set a new absolute record for the month of July since the beginning of satellite record in 1979. The once reputable Forbes Magazine expressed it this way: July 4 was the warmest day in over 100,000 years! Now wait a minute! Aren’t we still recovering from the little ice age? See chart:
It was warmer for 9,000 of the last 10,000 years than it is now!
Now take a look at the temperatures before 1979.
How bad were the heatwaves of the 1930s years of the dust bowl compared to the heatwave of 2023? Granted , there were many more temp measurement stations in the 1930s , not all of which fully measured up to accepted standards, but the heatwaves were both worse and more widespread then. Look at the two maps:
Yes, things were worse in 1936. How did they even survive, with only 70% of America being electrified, and nearly all of rural America being without electricity, and it was not until 1935 as the Rural Electrification Administration (REA), a New Deal agency promoting rural electrification was established. Very few had air conditioning of those that had electricity. How did they survive?

1 Corinthians 3. Paul warned the Corinthians that sectarianism is carnal, we are all servants of the Lord Jesus Christ. One is planting, one is watering, but God gives the increase. Paul gave them another warning: Avoid worldly wisdom, “For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God.”
Job 24. Job complained of violence on earth.
Job 25. Bildad asked the question: How can man be righteous?
Job 26. Job replied and spoke of man’s frailty and God’s majesty.

1 Corinthians 2. The Apostle Paul proclaimed Christ crucified, relying only on God’s power. This is God’s secret wisdom, spiritual wisdom, and in applying this “we have the mind of Christ“.
Job 22. Eliphaz the Temanite accused Job of wickedness.
Job 23. Job proclaimed God’s righteous judgments. Rejoice in the Lord. “But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.“

1 Corinthians 1 begins with greetings and thanksgiving from the Apostle Paul, who admonished the Corinthians their only leader is Christ and sectarianism is Sin, for Christ is the power and wisdom of God. The foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, so glory only in the Lord.
Job 20. Zophar gave a sermon with regard to the wicked man.

Let us take a look at what is happening to the Arctic ice sheet. Its demise has been predicted to be total well before 2020. How is that going? The Danish Meteorological institute takes daily measurements of the Arctic and Greenland’s ice sheet, volume and temperature.
It seems pretty normal to me, no runaway ice melt the last few years. I fact this year the Arctic temperature above the 80th latitude has been at or below normal since late April. How about the ice on Greenland?
The ice gain, and the summer ice loss over Greenland seem pretty normal to me.Yes the snow melt was delayed by a month,followed bya stronger than normal snow melt. This is all within the boundaries of normal weather.
The heat wave in the south and Southwest of U.S.A. was caused by a blocking high pressure, causing less clouds, less winds and in part less rain than normal. This happens some years, but can still be explained as weather.
The CO2 level during 8,000 B.C. to 1,000 A.D. was always below 300 ppm (it is now 415 ppm), so we can not blame CO2 alone for the increased heat. There are other factors involved that are much more important to explain climate change.
