October 4, read through the Holy Bible in a year in Power-point, with comments.

Today we read the second chapter of the Apostle Paul’s letter to Titus and two chapters of Jeremiah.

October 4: Titus 2, Jeremiah 39, Jeremiah 40 (click on the chapter to begin reading).

Titus 2, Paul wrote to Titus that in order to have a sound church he must teach sound doctrine. And it is all through saving grace. Quote to remember: “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

Jeremiah 39. The fall of Jerusalem finally happened and Jeremiah was to be set free.

Jeremiah 40. Jeremiah was finally freed, most of the people were still in the old land and had a bountiful harvest, most of which then was taken away from them.
