Today we read the sixth chapter of the letter to the Hebrews and two chapters of Ezekiel.
Hebrews 6 speaks of salvation: Can you lose it, or are you eternally secure? Here I do an exposure explaining the different positions taken by the Roman Catholic Church, the Arminian position, the Calvin Position and the position of the author of the letter. It is quite interesting and enlightening. The chapter ends in hope: “That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul”
Ezekiel 3. Ezekiel gets the call to Rebellious Israel and is given the charge to be a watchman.
Ezekiel 4. Ezekiel is told by God to portray the siege of Jerusalem.
